Overview
Verkada’s Growth Data Science and Analytics team is looking for a talented individual to play an integral role in leveraging our data and technology to help our marketing team run faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
As an Attribution Program Specialist, you'll produce insights, optimize operations, and ideate process improvements that will enable our attribution systems . A person in this role will spearhead the development of impactful solutions including [Why the job matters > optimizing campaign allocation, executive level presence of program performance, drive investing decisions]. As an Attribution Program Specialist, you'll generate insights, streamline operations, and propose process improvements to enhance our attribution systems. In this role, you will lead the development of impactful solutions that will help optimize campaign allocation, improve marketing program performance, and drive investment decisions. As a member of the Growth Data Science and Analytics team, you will leverage data to solve complex challenges and refine the processes that keep the organization running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Work with large, complex datasets to identify patterns that highlight potential data challenges. Ideate scalable solutions and process enhancements to ensure a high level of data quality
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our attribution model and propose and test refinements to our attribution systems
- Utilize Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel to uncover data quality and consistency issues
- Drive the development of data monitoring and measurement systems to uphold impeccable data quality standards
- Document existing processes and establish policies to maintain robust data and reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, accounting, finance, or statistics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in auditing, accounting, consulting, or data analytics
- Highly proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
- Experience working in a startup environment

Pay Disclosure

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting base pay may be above or below this range. Base pay is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
