Overview

Verkada is building a world-class Sales organization and we need to build the supporting cast to drive a seamless onboarding experience, ensure team readiness, and increase overall productivity. We run Sales Enablement differently at Verkada and give our team members autonomy and ownership to innovate and adapt to drive success. As a Sales Enablement Lead, you’ll partner with Sales leadership to drive the end to end ownership and execution of both onboarding and enablement. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with partners and subject matter experts that span across Verkada, gaining exposure from leaders in every department. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a passion for the art and science of sales and a solid understanding of how to operate in a sales support function.

Responsibilities

    • You will be the strategic enablement partner for our APAC team (roughly 35 reps), working directly with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content.
    • Assist with identifying the teams needs regarding effectiveness, and create training content to improve results, fill gaps, and enhance product knowledge.
    • Become a product and process expert in order to deliver high quality training and content, all with the APAC market needs in mind.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Product, Marketing and other internal teams to continue to innovate and improve the Enablement experience and process and bridge communications.
    • Own the onboarding and extended onboarding calendar end-to-end for your team, ensuring that reps are clear on expectations whilst facilitating a world class experience for all new hires.
    • Be an organized communicator that can assist in managing sales onboarding, SKO, QBRs, and ongoing training calendars: ensuring that stakeholders are informed of changes in both sales and tools processes.
    • Help manage and support tools and resources to ensure that sales productivity is continuing to improve (creating reports, answering rep questions, sourcing of branded swag, etc.), and measuring those improvements.
    • Maintain updated knowledge within our internal Sales Hub, whilst helping to track which resources are most-used by your team.
    • Aid larger scale enablement efforts to ensure that the org is set up for success as a whole.

Requirements

    • 5+ years relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training or broader Sales roles.
    • Very organized and detail oriented.
    • Great communication skills and able to command the room.
    • Primarily a self-starter, but you aren’t afraid to ask for direction.
    • A knack for outlining processes in the simplest way possible.
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
