Responsibilities
- As the Sr. Enablement Manager, Global Onboarding, you'll work closely with new hires in the GTM organization to ensure learning takes place over the first 60-days to prepare them for their roles
- This role will be responsible for owning our training and onboarding plan and program from the ground up working directly with our Sales Leaders and Sales Enablement Team.
- You'll manage, track, and reinforce learning as well as assess outcomes and drive continuous improvement
- Completely own, develop, coordinate, execute, supervise, and facilitate our sales onboarding
- You'll partner with sales leaders across all segments and extend onboarding best practices
- Work cross functionally to drive content needs and content creation for learning programs, while ensuring all content is up to date with approved messaging
- Own the current 2 week onboarding program and the transition to a 4 week program
- Track and communicate learner progress in onboarding, certification, and employee development programs
- Identify and prepare subject-matter-experts for creation and delivery of content, both synchronous and asynchronous
- Develop agendas to support learning objectives and effectively manage training events
- Analyze key performance indicators and quantify program effectiveness
- Assess program needs and develop plans for continuous improvement
- Partner closely with sales leaders to identify and create training aligned to sales goals and seller competencies
- Provide follow-through and coaching to ensure best practices take hold
- Extend onboarding programs to new roles and audiences across the broader Sales organization
- Utilize sales technologies to influence onboarding tools and strategies as well as to track and measure results
- Help foster a learning culture within the Sales Organization
- You'll be a key part of a GTM Enablement team who is collaborative, innovative, influential, and fun!
Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning & development
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design or related discipline preferred
- Experience designing and implementing training programs to build sales skills; demonstrated knowledge of needs analysis and creating learning programs to address needs; ability to effectively design and develop learning content including training, job-aids, documents, and videos
- Understanding of Adult Learning and building learning programs
- Experience using multimedia authoring tools (such as Camtasia/Articulate) to develop online learning modules
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail
- Well-organized, self-directed team player

This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
