Overview
We are currently on the lookout for dynamic senior/lead design system engineers to become integral members of the Web Foundation team. In this role, you will assume the lead position as an architect, steering the development of the entire design system. Working in close collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences, transcending mere features. Your expertise will be pivotal in constructing and expanding a web-based platform that supports a range of connected devices for enterprise customers at scale. You will:
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create awesome user experiences.
- Build common components to keep our designs consistent and help teammates work more efficiently.
- Focus on improving the front-end setup and performance to make sure our product can handle growth.
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience working with modern web technologies such as React, Angular.js, TypeScript, Webpack, etc.
- Experience building complex single-page applications.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study.

Pay Disclosure

A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
