Overview

Verkada’s Products team manages the ideation, incubation, and launch of transformative products for the enterprise physical security market. You will partner with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and sales leads to drive our product development roadmap and the success of new products that make everything from schools to hospitality and healthcare locations safer and more secure.

You’ll own the process to develop our roadmap, manage our ongoing product operations and compliance efforts, and drive our strategy for new products and geographic expansion.  You’ll become an expert on our solutions as well as understand market trends and customer needs.  While you’re at it, you’ll help ensure the success of our new products in market 

Responsibilities 

  • Drive the quarterly planning process and cadence
  • Own the product roadmap and track execution across product teams
  • Identify improvement areas where we can unlock engineering and product development velocity 
  • Evaluating new market opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain our hardware and software compliance matrix 
  • Manage our geographic expansion and coordinate our cross-functional country readiness efforts

Requirements 

  •  3+ years in strategy consulting or product management in a high growth, fast-moving B2B environment.
  • Quantitative background, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, is of benefit.
  • You are someone who wants to make things happen & have the  ability to dive from strategy to execution.

Pay Disclosure

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
