POSITION SUMMARY 

You will operate at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy, working closely with clients to address their most critical challenges. In this role, you’ll understand complex organizational problems, design innovative solutions using advanced AI-driven software platforms, and lead end-to-end implementations.

Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, data scientists, business leaders, and operational teams, you’ll ensure our AI products and solutions deliver measurable value. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking, combined with strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

From strategy to implementation, your work will empower organizations across industries to harness the power of AI, driving tangible impact and delivering measurable results at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Engagement Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, understanding their challenges and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans for delivering tailored AI solutions.
  • Ensure client adoption of solutions through training, workshops, and ongoing support.

AI Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Gather and analyze requirements, prototype solutions, and iterate rapidly to adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust AI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and deploy workflows, data-driven analytics tools, and scalable AI-driven applications.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Drive collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve seamless execution.
  • Use KPIs to track performance, report progress, and continuously improve project outcomes.

Impact Delivery:

  • Design AI solutions that optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable results.
  • Address critical challenges such as supply chain optimization, fraud detection, and public safety enhancement.
  • Empower clients with actionable insights and scalable AI capabilities.

PROCESS

  • Drive Client Collaboration: Lead engagements with Product and Engineering teams to develop, enhance, and deliver applications and services tailored to client needs.
  • Innovative Solution Design: Facilitate ideation sessions with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement optimal solutions that align with business objectives and client goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Best Practices Development: Establish and document scalable best practices for project management, requirements gathering, and solution delivery to standardize and elevate engagement outcomes.
  • End-to-End Oversight: Manage the entire solution lifecycle, from initial concept to implementation and post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine processes, tools, and methodologies for ongoing improvement in solution delivery.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and successful handoffs.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize metrics and performance data to track process efficiency and inform adjustments that drive measurable results.

  • Partner with product, design and infrastructure teams to build, design and enhance our applications and services
  • Take ownership of your team’s commitments, assisting when needed, and encouraging the team to meet their commitments.
  • You are a leading voice in the technology team: sharing knowledge, asking questions, and candidly challenging assumptions, and proposing new pathways forward.
  • Challenge the status quo of the team by: 
    • Model how the team and organization can improve. 
    • Establish and maintain relationships with people from other engineering teams, functional areas, and business units.

INFLUENCE

  • Influence the whole team, making an impact across the board, not just on specific parts of it
  • Model thoughtful risk-taking, pointing to examples from your past as a guide. Taking on tough assignments, using these assignments to mentor others on the team, accelerating their career growth and encouraging them to participate.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proven success in client-facing roles and team leadership within a matrixed framework.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, and AI/technology consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with AI enablement tools, workflows, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

BONUS POINTS IF 

  • Development experience with Data and AI consulting services, system integrators or managed service providers
  • Technical acumen in B-to-B SaaS/PaaS, Cloud, and Enterprise Software
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence workflows
  • Understanding of online software (SaaS) services and technology-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI solutions and AI enablement across multiple industry verticals.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools and/or engines.
  • Experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to work on the next generation of Artificial Intelligence applications.
