We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns aimed at driving leads and revenue for customer acquisition and increasing brand awareness for our Media & Entertainment Business Unit promoting Veritone’s Digital Media Hub, Sports & Content Licensing, Digital Asset Management, Voice & Gen AI products and services. You will build a deep understanding of the buyer journey and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaign messaging, manage campaign execution and measure campaign performance.  This role will also help shape and scale our global campaigns sharing best practices and working cross functionally across internal teams and business units. This is an opportunity to drive technologies that are enabling innovative new solutions (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Video & Audio Redaction, Deep Learning, Over-The-Top (OTT), Internet of Things, Mobile, and Generative AI).

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience through direct sales.
  • Own campaign management process from start to finish including creation of campaign brief, targeted personas, email/web/social media copy and promotion plans, and sharing of campaign effectiveness and metrics
  • Report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as MQLs, meetings set,, pipeline, and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation, reporting, and campaign management to driver revenue growth
  • Develop global and regional field marketing programs to create pipeline including  ABM, webinars, trade shows, high-touch field events, social amplification and digital aircover
  • Deploy various marketing tactics surrounding the events to drive field awareness and generate demand - calling campaigns, email sequences, webinars, social, digital marketing aircover
  • Involve partners in the pipeline generation campaigns and plan for joint partner marketing activities
  • Keep consistent communications with AEs, SEs and SDRs for lead hand-off as well as feedback loop about programs
  • Manage vendors to ensure the events and campaigns happen on time, within budget
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor messaging to resonate with each segment.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs and campaign goals.
  • Allocate campaign budgets effectively and track campaign spend and share key trends and analysis with sales leadership.
  • Create presentations and reports that analyze campaign data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with external partners, such as advertising agencies, associations, and third-party partners, to execute campaigns when applicable
  • Drives demand through integrated marketing efforts, creating and executing programs that initiate interactions with buyers to inform and influence their buying decisions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 5+ years proven experience as a campaign manager or a similar role targeting Media & Entertainment customers
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools - Pardot preferred
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to handle changing priorities.
  • Experience with JIRA for project management, Pardot and Salesforce for CRM, Demandbase for ABM

BONUS POINTS IF 

  • Has experience marketing to national/international sports teams and organizations, movie studios, broadcasters, production companies, radio stations, advertising agencies, etc
  • Ability and initiative to drive to achieve desired objectives and show ROI and results of campaign effectiveness
  • Understands software B2B buyer’s journey and can identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
  • Strong data and analytical orientation with ability to leverage data to drive campaigns to targeted personas
  • Proven experience working on Marketing Programs or Demand Creation teams executing programs to drive revenue
  • Understands how to use integrated delivery mechanisms, processes and technologies in an overall demand creation approach
  • Strong relationship builder with Marketing and Sales functions
  • Planning/project management, detail oriented, and can execute on a number of tasks simultaneously
