What You’ll Do 

  • Support media management teams as needed for special projects and day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Become well versed in the intricacies of Veritone One's day-to-day SOP.
  • Coordinate all campaign setup with vendors/shows prior to ad recording, including but not limited to trafficking copy/talking points, scheduling/conducting host onboarding calls, setting up hosts with product, and working with Account team to ensure tracking markers such as promo codes and vanity URLs are activated prior to kickoff.
  • Workwith the internal teams to execute and manage client-approved Podcast and Influencer spend.
  • Learns the intricacies of booking, scheduling, onboarding, etc.. across various mediums and within our internal buying system.

What You'll Need

  • 1 year of professional experience or Internship in a relatable field (Media knowledge a plus).
  • BA degree in Communications, Media Studies or relatable degree.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) 
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and deadline oriented.

Bonus Points If

  • 2+ years of industry knowledge working in the Influencer landscape or media & entertainment.
  • Very structured communication both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and G Suite.
