Veritone is seeking a motivated Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing and Community Manager who is excited by the opportunity to accelerate the growth of Veritone with a focus on our aiWARE solutions. The ideal candidate will lead and own the go-to-market strategy including creation of positioning and messaging for net new partnerships, supporting product launches, creating 3rd party sales enablement, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting third-party marketing campaign efforts. The Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing and Community Manager will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align the partner lead go-to-market strategy to increase mindshare and win more customers.

What You’ll Do 

  • Intimately understand our proprietary aiWARE technology and the industry-leading SaaS applications built on top of it, and how it solves the problems of our target audience to craft compelling positioning and messaging for and with partners
  • Monitor and track the industry and competitive landscape, gathering insights to inform our business and product strategy   
  • Set the marketing direction and help produce messaging and content to deliver impactful B2B campaigns aimed at the ecosystem of aiWARE partners 
  • Track partner performance on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve the GTM with technology, System Integrators and Value Added Resellers 
  • Manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment
  • Develop and champion bold and creative ideas with partners
  • Present results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders
  • Help build a community of aiWARE developers both independent individuals or teams from partner companies
  • Launch a training certification program for individuals and companies
  • Gamify/Reward training, support and awareness with the community for participation and scale 

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in communications, partner management and community managing in a technology company
  • Excellent organization, planning, and business skills alongside strategic thinking ability; able to see the big picture and how it connects to the details.
  • Ability to balance multiple points of view including customers, marketing, finance, engineering, support and operations
  • Proven experience influencing cross-functional senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels.
  • Ability to set and prioritize one’s own work agenda and drive team progress in key areas by being proactive, detail oriented, and a strong team player
  • BA/BS required.

Bonus Points If

  • Previous experience with a technology company specializing in artificial intelligence 
  • Familiar with Google suite, WordPress, Pardot, Sociabble and Google Analytics
