What You'll Do
Support our Co-Founder, Chief Sales Officer with administrative duties.
Assisting with the sales development cycle from start to finish.
Assist with new sales lead management. Managing correspondence and follow up with prospective clients.
Client communications, scheduling sales meetings and setting up sales demonstrations.
Manage the Salesforce database which consists of generating sales decks, running sales reports and managing call schedules.
Create, proof or organize sales decks in PowerPoint as requested.
What You'll Need
Proven experience supporting executive level management, preferably a C level executive
Experience within a fast paced sales driven environment highly preferred
Experience within agency and/or media a strong plus
Must have exceptional MS Office, G Suite, Excel & PowerPoint skills, with knowledge of formulas, calculating and manipulating data comfortably within excel.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
Exceptional spelling, grammar, written and verbal communication skills with a high level of sales decorum.
Ability to multitask with superior time management skills.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently and think proactively.
Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
