About this role:
We’re looking for a Recruiter who can identify top candidates across our Engineering teams. The role is responsible for sourcing talent and acting as a point of contact through the interview process for candidates as well as hiring managers.
What you’ll do:
Proactively source, recruit, engage, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions across the Engineering organization
Identify and target passive candidates that could meet the current and future hiring needs
Manage pipeline activity and scheduling throughout the process
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders
Collaborate with others on the HR team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
Ensure a positive and engaging interview experience
Develop best practices for conducting research and finding new sourcing methods to create innovative search strategies
Contribute wherever there are needs and flex as priorities shift
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of recruiting or hiring experience (agency or in-house)
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and project management skills
Comprehensive understanding of technology positions including QA, Python, Java, Front End/Back End/Full Stack Developers, Product Design and Project Management
High attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other networking tools to source candidates
Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
