Team Overview

The Revenue Operations team (RevOps) serves as the connective tissue between our go-to-market (GTM), Operating and Functional business departments. Leveraging a framework that includes people, process, systems and tools, team members drive productivity, improve efficiency and remove friction from revenue generating activities. Supporting critical business objectives and insights, the department designs, deploys and maintains high-impact reporting and analytics. Dynamic, driven and biased to action, team members are passionate about collective success, operational best practices and thrive in a fast paced, agile and evolving environment.

Position Overview

The Senior Analyst is a critical role in driving the reporting and analytics function, including delivering critical business insights, optimizing reporting processes and contributing to the development of actionable strategies that are heavily governed by data. Responsibilities include data identification, analysis, reporting and process mapping that yield the intelligence required to work cross-functionally with critical departments as we achieve exciting and aggressive growth goals. This position will handle sensitive data and workloads that require a very high attention to detail. The Senior Analyst will also leverage details to assimilate the bigger picture and desired situational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner within the RevOps team, to the CFO and cross-functional business leaders.
  • Develop visualizations that help to tell the story behind the data, supporting the analysis and recommendations for optimization.
  • Tackle ambiguous, open-ended questions surrounding our go-to-market motion, iterate and partner to implement scalable and sustainable reporting solutions.
  • Support the maturity of business intelligence and visualization as a contributor to implementing and managing reports that feed dashboards, KPIs and other tools. 
  • Execute with excellence, ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting across all areas of department reporting deliverables.
  • Ideate, scope, and deploy new initiatives that result in increased sales productivity, business performance, forecasting and predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Support the Implementation of critical GTM tech stack integrations to support the automation and scalability of reporting capabilities.
  • Weekly and ad-hoc pipeline forecasts, billings waterfall analysis & executive reporting.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience working in a highly strategic, analytical role within a high-growth company, specifically within RevOps, SalesOps or BizOps departments.
  • Skilled at building trust, leading with empathy and developing relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong work ethic, biased to action and experience driving operational outcomes, leveraging grit and determination.
  • An ability to apply first principles thinking and align practical solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent at mining data to support a story that depicts the “what”, “why” “who, and “How”.
  • Agile and resilient, ability to shift between strategic, tactical and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Can navigate ambiguity, reframe challenges into opportunities that result in predictable and desired outcomes.
  • Structured thinker, organized, efficient and ability to maximize personal and departmental time to value.
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and evolving environment.
  • Deep understanding and ability to communicate SaaS & financial metrics, identifying trendlines, signals and patterns.
  • Masterful in Excel/GSheets, Salesforce, data visualization, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to blend data from multiple sources and leverage Excel/GSheets to show and tell a story with data.
  • Experienced in revenue intelligence tools such as Clari and other common GTM tools.
