To become our Account Manager you must have an interest in all that. You’re also experienced in building and managing customer relationships, understand tech, and are a great communicator. What you’ll be doing:

  • developing existing client relationships
  • growing the usage and adoption of Veriff while preventing churn
  • managing several large accounts simultaneously
  • communicating with customers by email, with occasional calls and meetings
  • dealing with customers’ questions
  • being the face of Veriff for our customers
  • identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • identifying product issues and suggesting improvements
  • knowing our competitors better than they know themselves

 What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working with SaaS
  • Worked as an account manager and/or did consultative sales
  • You’re a builder at heart and efficient in your work
  • You’re solution-oriented and enjoy tackling challenges
  • You’re fluent in both spoken and written English
