Job Description

As a Regional Vice President, you will play a key role on the Sales team by developing new business and growing the Enterprise business customer base in North America. You will report directly to VP of Sales and are:

  • A self-starter with proven professional success and prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
  • Driven to continuously generate net new pipeline weekly, quarterly and annually
  • Focused on recruiting and building out winning teams at scale
  • Tenacious and relentless in pursuit of meeting and exceeding your goals
  • Fearless, willing to take intelligent risks
  • Intelligent, with strong business acumen
  • Flexible, with the ability to adapt quickly in a time-sensitive and high-volume team environment
  • Experienced with a background in Salesforce.com or another CRM
  • Articulate, with phenomenal listening, verbal, and written skills
  • Systematic, with effective time-management and impeccable organization skills

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the Eastern Region
  • Develop EAE’s for career growth within the Vera Security Sales organization
  • Manage sales process including MEDDPIC qualification up through contract negotiation
  • Track and report on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales management
  • Motivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
  • Actively use Salesforce.com to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of experience in enterprise sales management
  • 3 years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales
  • Early to Midrange startup experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
