Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Purpose:

Venture Global LNG is seeking a ITGC and Compliance Manager to join the IT Compliance team. This position will report to our Director, IT Compliance. Key responsibilities will be to assist (need Hands-on expertise) with the design, planning, socialization, adoption, and successful implementation of Venture Global’s ITGC and IT Compliance program, as well as the program's ongoing operation and maintenance

This position will be located in Arlington, VA and the expectation is 5 days a week in the office.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Assist in develop and updating of ITGC and IT Compliance plans, procedures and work processes

· Direct detailed assessments of IT controls (SOX, SOC1, SOC2, IT audit supporting FSA), including IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, and cybersecurity controls, to evaluate their design and effectiveness.

· Coordinate with all Venture Global teams in support of the ITGC and IT Compliance program

· Provide guidance on emerging technology risks and regulatory compliance requirements, assisting VG Business and VG IT in developing strategies to mitigate risks and enhance their control environment.

· Document, implement, and maintain the program of ITGC and IT Compliance internal controls

· Understand and document key IT, HR, Finance, Accounting and Legal policies and procedures

· Support strategic compliance projects, process building and improvement initiatives

· Support performance of weekly, monthly, annual and ongoing risk and compliance assessments

· Develop and execute testing and audit programs, to the extent necessary for full Company compliance

· Assist with processes and controls over applications and systems, including, ITGC, master data processes and access controls

· Support other special projects and compliance initiatives as needed

Qualifications

· 10 + years’ experience working in all areas of Compliance and IT Controls

· Active participation in project/ technical direction for conducting IT audit assessments in the areas of IT governance and compliance, ITGC and application controls, regulatory, compliance requirements, and SOC reports

· Fully familiar with LNG Owner Operator environment and business processes

· Conversant with key IT and Information Management Compliance and IT Controls workflows

· 7 + years working in a senior role, experience in IT teams for a large organization

· Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, College Certificate of Information Management, or equivalent work experience
