Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. To ensure success in this role, the individual should have extensive experience in HRIS administration, preferably ADP, as well as knowledge of Human Resources, to optimize organization’s HR practices.

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst will maintain the integrity and accuracy of employee data. Key duties include entering data, generating reports, resolving issues and data cleanup.

To ensure success in this role, the individual should have a strong background in HRIS administration, preferably ADP, as well as knowledge of Human Resources, and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a unique passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR processes.

HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal function of the HRIS system, which may include supporting system configuration, data entry, maintenance, and user support.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end users on HRIS functionality, offer troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data by conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and implementing data quality controls.
  • Generate ad hoc and recurring reports to support business stakeholders, utilizing HRIS tools and software.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Lead or participate in HRIS related projects such as system upgrades, implementations, integrations, etc.
  • Collaborate with HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements.
  • Maintain database and analyze data to ensure data integrity.
  • Audit HR processes and documents.
  • Track and implement technological advancements in the field of HRIS.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in HRIS administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g. ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Experience performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes.
