About the Role

Our sales team takes a consultative approach founded in value-based selling with our customers and their stakeholders (building owners, property managers, marketing professionals and more) to deliver value-based products and services. The ideal candidate is agile and experienced, someone that their clients, teams and organizations trust. Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire new business sales process from prospecting, generating meetings, qualifying and closing deals
  • Generating new sales and add-on sales revenue for Venn’s SMB customers
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel, including through outbound outreach
  • Strategically attack a territory to close new business and grow accounts
  • Must have the ability to create ROI for your prospects
  • Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organizations
  • Consistently outperform your quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Represent Venn at industry associations and Trade Shows
  • Follow up on implementations associated with new product and service sales
  • Create and update sales collateral, as needed
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience independently managing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales for large customers
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Active listener with ability to assess a situation and quickly formulate the correct solution
  • Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and customer contacts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and punctual with client follow-up 
  • Scrappy, tenacious go-getter 
  • Comfortable embracing a 0 to 1 mentality 
  • ~25% travel required 

Nice to Haves

  • Experience selling in the prop-tech industry is a plus
