Vendia is searching for a campaign manager to join our marketing team. You will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor at a company at the forefront of the serverless blockchain movement. The campaign manager will develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.

You will be an early member of our marketing team – a player/coach, with the ability and interest to initially drive outcomes directly, but with the managerial experience to eventually grow, mentor, manage, and specialize a team of specialists as the company expands. This role will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and will have key responsibilities for company-level OKRs such as, leads, MQLs, and CPA.

We are a virtual company seeking employees who can operate within +/- 5 hours of the US Pacific Time Zone.

As a Campaign Manager, you will:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven omni-channel demand generation campaign strategy to achieve sales goals. 
  • Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning top funnel virtual (and possibly in-person) events, and measuring results.
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams teams to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.
  • Align with SDRs on results of top funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations.
  • Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.

You have:

  • Strong background in digital marketing and ABM
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot a plus)
  • Experience building campaigns and targeting in GoogleAds, LinkedIn
  • Experience with B2B Saas marketing 
  • 5+ years of related job experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously 
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
