WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force
Area(s) of Responsibility
- Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
- Coordinate Nonconforming Material process
Essential Functions
- Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP
- Review customer purchase order terms and requirements, and ensure they are communicated to relevant teams
- Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times
- Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time
- Manage the Storage Inventory Report and Nonconforming Material (NCM) Disposition Report for sales department

- Diploma and above
- No experience required

- Working hours: Mon - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
