We are seeking a motivated and diligent  Paid Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in managing paid digital marketing campaigns and serving as the primary interface between our marketing agency and internal teams. In this role, you will work closely with our Digital Marketing agency, Field Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, alignment with business goals, and continuous optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for performance marketing  to grow their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth, pre-IPO collaborative and dynamic cybersecurity company.

Key Responsibilities

 

 Agency Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the digital marketing agency and internal stakeholders, ensuring campaign strategies, deliverables, and timelines align with business priorities.

 Field Marketing & Sales Alignment: Work closely with Field Marketing and Sales teams to gather theatre/geo objectives, prioritize campaigns and programs, and ensure that digital plans, efforts, and outcomes support regional and pipeline goals.

 Campaign Management: Coordinate with the agency to create, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

 Performance Tracking: Monitor agency-reported campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), provide internal teams with updates, and ensure KPIs are met.

 Creative Asset Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between the agency and internal design/content teams to develop engaging ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages tailored to campaign objectives.

 Audience & Targeting Input: Provide audience insights and feedback to the agency based on regional and sales team priorities to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.

 Budget Oversight: Track daily spend and pacing in collaboration with the agency to ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets and deliver expected outcomes.

 A/B Testing: Work with the agency to propose, execute, and analyze A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.

 Competitive Analysis: Collaborate with the agency to monitor industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities and best practices.

 Tool Utilization: Use tools like SFDC, Tableau, Google Analytics and CRM platforms to analyze and communicate campaign performance to internal teams.

 

Qualifications

 

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Experience: 2-5 years of experience managing or assisting with paid digital campaigns, preferably with exposure to agency collaboration or coordination; internships or entry-level roles in digital marketing are acceptable.

 Skills & Competencies:

 Agency Interface: Proven ability to manage relationships with external agencies or vendors, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.

 Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey campaign details, progress, and results effectively to both agencies and internal teams.

 Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms, as well as Google Analytics.

 Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Web, Field Marketing, Sales, and creative teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.

 Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data and driving actionable recommendations.
