Who are you?

You are a producer and you love post production. While you may not be an editor, you understand all aspects of an edit and can manage project timelines and budgets accordingly. You are patient, understanding and can listen to client, third party and internal team needs.

Duties include

  • Post-producing projects as they move from production to post inside of the company and through completion, managing the agency/client needs throughout
  • Understands the post-production process for all types of work, animation, live action, Color, VFX, Sound, and Music Composition, etc.
  • Manage multiple editors and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to source ¬†additional freelance, top-notch resources where necessary - including additional post producers, editors, edit assistants, animators, technicians when necessary
  • Ability to keep projects on timeline and budget in post production/finishing
  • Being a visible part of our team at industry and company events, building our reputation as a best-in-class, fully integrated post production company

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least [2] years experience as a post producer who knows full post production process
  • Demonstrated superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are needed. Proven planning and problem solving abilities are required.
  • The ability to effectively handle multiple projects and reporting to multiple project managers.
  • Very strong ability identifying clear priorities and meeting department goals.
  • Strong client interaction skills with excellent customer service experience with internal and external clients.
