The Description:

You'll be joining two of VaynerMedia's new, exciting teams. The Platforms Partnerships team (1) manages relationships with representatives at each of the major social media platforms and (2) shares updates from those platforms to the entire agency of VaynerMedia. The Platform Partnerships team is also responsible for strategically and creatively ideating programs to help advance our clients' business.

You’ll also assist alongside the eCommerce team where you will (1) work across all client brands to deliver eCommerce solutions and thought starters (2) and share updates from across the eCommerce world via Slack to the entire agency. The eCommerce team is responsible for initiating B2C and B2B related eCommerce conversations to help grow our clients’ revenue.

Who are you?

You're a college junior or senior, a grad student or recent graduate, who's trying to kickstart a career in digital/social/tech. You're interested in a paid internship that'll have you touching multiple parts of our business and hustling for some of the world's biggest brands.   

The task at hand:

  • Research platform updates and best practices for Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Tumblr
  • Create and organize internal, educational resources with information regarding these platforms that will be shared across the company
  • Brainstorm creative campaigns for VaynerMedia clients
  • Participate in internal creative strategy sessions and client meetings and capture meetings notes
  • Participate in vendor meetings and follow up on requested next steps with the eCommerce team
  • Deliver research upon request

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be able to bring own laptop to work
  • Must be able to commute to NYC office
  • Has strong research, writing, organizational and grammar skills
  • Possesses a hunger to learn and be mentored by professionals
  • Loves all things digital and understands relevant social media platforms
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Can commit to working at least 35 hours per week

This ten week program will run from Monday, June 5, 2017 through Friday, August 10, 2017.
