We are seeking a driven and experienced Vice President, Media to join our Paid Media Team.

Lead Media team and manage client relationship, as well as being a subject matter expert for internal and external clients
Lead team in social and digital’s role within the media mix and help teams define tactical game plans to set strategies and develop media plans
Provide assessment of client's current social and digital proficiencies and areas for improvement
Finalizes and presents media objective and strategy documents for larger efforts and periodic quarterly and annual planning
Looks for innovative and breakthrough ideas, approaches and solutions and opportunities to expand existing and sell new business to clients
Manages negotiations for high value and/or complex packages
Evaluate/approve all recommendations and presentations before sending to client
Delegate work effectively to, not only teach direct reports, but also deliver seamless client work
Foster an environment that encourages intelligent risk taking, innovation and creativity
Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing and evaluating team members
10+ years of experience in a media planning agency role, with emphasis on digital (and integrated) planning and campaign management, traditional a strong plus.
Ability to problem solve and think critically
Proven record of managing multiple projects at once
Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
