Who are you?

An NFT enthusiast, a sophisticated strategist, and ultimate team player who will create value in any situation. You understand where the crypto world has been and where it’s going, but you also make killer slides and can use excel without a mouse. You have a passion for making shit happen and a hunger to learn how to create meaningful NFT programs that drive engagement and extend brand experiences. However, you also understand that good ideas can come from anywhere and are open-minded when working with teammates. You are OK to work with OG crypto nerds way smarter and more crypto-native than you, but you can talk the talk, walk the walk, and are willing to help build structure, process, and elevate the strategic thinking. All this said, you are also ready to get your hands dirty and be a servant leader - no egos here.

Here’s where you come in.

  • Bridge between IP owners (celebs, associations, brands) and consumers (crypto-native and normies)
  • Serve as an inventive champion with the ability to break down complex tasks and create clarity from complexity
  • Have implementation knowledge of end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, analytics, strategy, & design
  • Keen sense of developing high-level commercial strategy, crypto strategy (e.g. tokenomics and mechanics), down to tactical execution roadmaps
  • Out-of-the-box perspective on data and research to find interesting consumer insights we can leverage 
  • Deep understanding of crypto market fundamentals and a history following and participating in the space
  • Well versed with the ability to leverage VaynerMedia tools, research and platforms to perform content audits, collaborate with the media team to create success measurement frameworks
  • Develop distinct and differentiated audience segmentations that are connected to strategic decisions and creative ways-in
  • Articulate effective strategic rationale and logic flow that will help form a compelling story
  • Deck crafter - someone that can write broad storylines and detail out ideas and insights that are clear, concise, and consistently client-ready
  • Curiosity is a necessity
  • Player / coach mentality and work ethic



The ideal candidate has:

  • A deep and demonstrable passion for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, Metaverse
  • ​​7+ years of relevant work experience including time at a top tier management consultancy, investment bank or private equity firm, with a professional or personal background in crypto / Web3
  • Experience leading small teams, reviewing / coaching junior staff, and managing across multiple, diverse workstreams and initiatives
  • MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • Competencies:
