Who are you?

An NFT enthusiast and ultimate team player who will create value in any situation. You understand where the crypto world has been, where it’s going, and how to connect with the OGs, and how to bring this new technology to the masses. You have a passion for making shit happen and a hunger to learn how to create meaningful NFT programs that drive engagement and extend brand experiences. 

You are also an expert in talent management, having worked at a major agency, in the entertainment, sports, or music industries. You know your way around endorsement deals; and have negotiated with the best of them. You bring a deep understanding of talent negotiation to the table; and a desire to be at the forefront of NFT deals, creating value for talent, brands, and their communities. 


Well, now we’re looking for a Senior Talent Engagement Manager to join our leadership team to drive every phase of contracting for VaynerNFT. The ideal candidate should be motivated, quick thinking and open to working in a fast-paced environment where he/she is capable of executing and negotiating with a significant attention to detail. The role will involve everything from joining meetings with our CEO (the one and only GaryVee), suggesting key talents, designing NFT program mechanics in sync with talents and their teams, to coordinating with our finance team to track payments, drafting and editing contracts. The role requires liaising with all members of the team to ensure deal flow moving forward without interruption, and with an expeditious timeline. The individual should be flexible, highly organized, have the ability to multitask, and be a fabulous collaborator.

Here’s where you come in.

  • Represent both sides of the table - brand and/or talent - depending on the specific need
  • Shape business deal terms across multiple parties
  • Collaborate with our NFT teams to design and develop programs that benefit sponsors and talent
  • Bring together agents, lawyers, talents, procurement on both sides for epic deals 
  • Draft agreements for a high volume of talent engagements (endorsement deals, appearances, etc)
  • Communicate and facilitate approved changes with buyer/talent legal teams
  • Liaise with our Legal Team on more complex legal matters
  • Ensure all agreements go from creation to full execution
  • Liaise with our finance department to track accounts payable, and ensure funds are  received in accordance with each individual agreement

The ideal candidate has:

  • A deep passion for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, Metaverse, and all things digital collecting/trading
  • Excellent negotiation skills; a true “creative dealmaker”
  • Agency-side experience, preferably in entertainment, sports, or music 
  • Legal or paralegal experience, preferably working directly with contract law
  • Familiarity with brand endorsement deals
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, buyer concerns, and talent necessities
  • Highly flexible, highly organized
  • Trustworthy; maintaining confidentiality is a must
  • Must be comfortable interacting with high-profile talent
  • Must be able to enjoy and thrive in team-oriented and autonomous working environments
