We are actively looking for a Strategy Director with a strong social media background and 6+ years of experience in building brands within the advertising/content  industry for the APAC landscape.

EXPERTISE - The skills and knowledge needed to excel in our roles. 

  • Advanced ability to develop strategy across verticals, and across campaign goals -- including brand positioning, social strategy, and campaign strategy
  • Brings a knowledge of the competitive landscape as it pertains to data, human centered research, and scalable qualitative insights, delivering meaningful results for our clients.
  • Drives brief creation that inspire creative teams, and steer and facilitate brainstorms and workshops.
  • Directs the strategic development of client presentations delivering clear, compelling and persuasive communications to all stakeholders.
  • Owns new business process strategic deliverables from beginning to end; including driving strategic planning, preparing briefs, workshops and presentations. 
  • Partners with the other functional leadership to optimize and look for opportunities across the client portfolio; with a focus on strategic upsells
  • Builds and maintains senior client and external agency relationships.
  • Partners across and inter-departmentally to create and foster insights, sophisticated strategies, creative thinking, innovative media plans and deliver/guide best-in-class execution.
  • Drives the development of new insights, cultural expertise, and methodologies for cultural analysis to ensure our brands and clients are culturally relevant.
  • Partners with the other functional leadership to optimize and look for opportunities across the client portfolio.
  • Understands the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights and digital behavior in grounding big, purposeful ideas.
  • Reviews qualitative + quantitative research, and behavioral data and independently be able to dive into research tools to draw and interpret insights.
  • Attends relevant client briefings, interrogating the brief, and diagnosing the often ‘internal motivations’ not explicitly written in the briefing documents
  • Understands the intersection of business strategy, consumer insights and digital behavior in grounding big, purposeful ideas.
  • Stays abreast of the competitive landscape and identify new methodologies as it pertains to data and human centered research to deliver meaningful results for our clients.
  • Builds and maintain client and external agency relationships.

STRATEGIC THINKING - Our ability to forecast decision outcomes and conduct sound business judgment.

  • Understands the client's business context and have a deep knowledge of what their goals are, how are they positioned in the market, etc. and provide innovative ideas to drive key KPIs for the client and agency
  • Manages down across Associate Directors and below to derive insights to inform POV around insights, learnings, optimizations, etc.
  • Leads agency POVs on hot topics; discussing client nuances and customizing message when appropriate
