Team. The Media Analyst role is an entry level position with a strong career path.

Responsibilities:
● Ability to quickly absorb and train on different media buying platforms & tools
● Setup and daily management of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, primarily
social and programmatic
● Ongoing, real-time optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded
● Provide media planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, helping determine channels and
platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more
● Assist with internal and client-facing campaign reporting and keeping pacing documents updated.
● Draft media write-ups to highlight relevant metrics and insights from campaign reporting on a
regular cadence
● Assist Senior Media Analysts in vendor correspondence, and RFP process to gather relevant
vendor proposals and incorporate into media plan
● Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection and takeaways, and
generally strive to “over-deliver” to clients

Required Skills/Experience:
●BA or BS degree in Marketing or related field (degrees in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or
●Finance a plus) or Entrepreneurial street creds; 1 year of experience preferred
●Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables and macros
●Ability to problem solve and think critically
●Proven record of managing multiple projects at once

●Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
