We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to support our executive team focusing on every
phase of contracting for VaynerSpeakers. The ideal candidate should be motivated, quick-
thinking and open to working in a face paced environment where he/she is capable of
performing administrative tasks with a significant attention to detail. The role will primarily
involve coordinating with our finance team to track payments, drafting and editing contracts.
The role requires coordinating with all members of the team to ensure deal flow moving
forward without interruption, and with an expeditious timeline. The individual should be
flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.


• Draft agreements for a high volume of speaking engagements, and personal
• Ensure that the terms of agreements are written in language in accordance with the
  desires of each client
• Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency
• Review external changes by buyers, to verify they meet our standards and normal
  business practices
• Communicate and facilitate approved changes with buyer/talent legal teams
• Liaise with our General Counsel’s office on more complex legal matters
• Ensure all agreements go from creation to full execution
• Liaise with our finance department to track accounts payable, and ensure funds are
  received in accordance with each individual agreement
• Reconcile outstanding contract issues with executive team
• Track all contracts in our internal database for complete up to the minute transparency
• Communicate contract process with clients, as needed

Required Skills:

• BA/BS from an accredited University or College required
• 3 - 5 years of professional working experience
• 2+ years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably working directly with contract law
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines
• Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, buyer concerns, and
  talent necessities
• Highly flexible, highly organized
• Strong organizational and communication skills; written and verbal
• Thinks ahead and is a planner by nature
• Strong professional interpersonal skills, while understand the importance of maintaining
  confidentiality is a must
• Must be solutions oriented
• Must be comfortable interacting with high-profile talent• Must be able to enjoy and thrive in team-oriented and autonomous working
• Strong command of Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of Airtable is a plus
