The founding team worked to set up an incredible business of 65 people, A group of A-list clients and now is the time for everyone to notice us and get what we do and why we're different - with a new MD and a brand new ECD at the helm.   

Your role will be to help make London (and Europe) know that we're here, but in a Vayner way. We're an agency with a fundamentally different approach to marketing so we need to take that to market ourselves. We're not on the same old pitch/intermediary treadmill - but we want to build our own profile through events, our already strong network, platform partnerships, our own marketing and our own IP and proprietary offerings.

The task at hand:

We need someone who is up for doing things differently and who wants freedom to use their initiative and creativity to build our profile and our growth. 

Yes, of course, there are the hygiene factors - knowing what needs to be up to date, managing the website, helping run our social channels, developing and building our CRM, managing our PR relationship, building relationships with industry friends and of course, talking to clients about new opportunities  - but there's the chance to develop, with the leadership team, a new strategy and approach. 

We need an individual who is excited by the opportunity here, who wants to be part of a non-traditional and spontaneous business and who sees the brilliance of that.  

The ideal candidate has:

  • Previous experience in a new business/marketing role at an agency or similar creative company in London
  • You need to have shown initiative in driving projects forward yourself and coming up with new ideas
  • Be a natural people person/ networker (we are a very connected company - we have a lot of Vayner friends)
  • Be confident in talking to journalists/clients 
  • Flexibility - we move fast
  • Previous experience in writing & helping coordinate pitches / proposals
  • Enjoy thinking of and putting on events
