Who are we?

Edley’s Restaurant Group operates two concepts with 7 locations: Edley’s BBQ, which is a neighborhood gathering place that serves uniquely Nashville Style bar-b-que with a side of Southern Soul and Pancho & Lefty’s, a cantina serving authentic Mexican & Tex-Mex food in a uniquely Nashville setting.

 We currently operate five Edley’s BBQ locations (3 in Nashville, 1 in Chattanooga & 1 in Lexington) + two Pancho & Lefty’s (both in Nashville), and are growing at a very quick pace.

The Role: Media Manager

Who you are: We are seeking driven individuals with a data driven mindset to join our team to implement  digital & social paid media strategies and executions to drive foot traffic & grow the Edley’s brand. The Media Manager role is a full-time position with a strong career path.

What you will do:

  • Develop marketing & media strategy, including how to drive business results with paid media advertising, regardless of budget size

  • Build media plans for upcoming campaigns, determining platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more

  • Set up and daily management of advertising campaigns across various social andi digital media platforms

  • Ongoing, real-time optimization of live paid media buys to ensure our brand goals are met and/or exceeded

  • Develop the setup, implementation and measurement of various controlled A/B tests

  • Develop reporting and write-ups to ensure relevant metrics and insights are shown

  • Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection and takeaways, and generally strive to “over-deliver” 

The ideal candidate looks like this:

  • BA or BS degree (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance a plus) or entrepreneurial street creds

  • Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and macros

  • Skilled & most comfortable in Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords and other social / digital paid media platforms

  • Ability to problem solve and think critically

  • Proven record of managing multiple projects at once

  • Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment

  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • You are both a creative and data driven person

  • You are someone that is able to take data and tell a story

  • You are detail-oriented and organized

  • You want to have an impact and feel passionate about the work that you do

  • You are driven and hungry for success, and always want to learn more

  • You are a team player and enjoy collaboration

  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & design templates like Canvaa or Over a plus
