Responsibilities:

  • Department budget: do expense reports, track burn
  • Team culture: ideate and execute initiatives, plan events
  • Learning/development: help source and execute opportunities, update summary
  • Hiring/recruiting
  • Resource management: audit timesheets, scan project burns, support casting
  • Project management: coordinate department products and initiatives
  • Insights: source weekly signals and present on subcultures
  • Administrative: assist department S/VPs with scheduling, travel, expenses, etc.


Required:

  • Organized and operational mind
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office experience
  • Curiosity and initiative
  • Strong work ethic
  • Business/communications degree
  • Career interest in insights, strategy, or operations
  • Cultural understanding and adjacency
