Communication + Collaboration:

  • Maintain a clear understanding of the status and completion timeline for all personal and delegated deliverables
  • Proactively stay busy, communicating when workload is light or when assistance is required
  • Fully prepare for all meetings, owned and otherwise; provide an agenda and ensure productive structure in the case of owned meetings
  • Open and maintain consistent lines of communication with those whom you work most closely with
  • Proactively provide effective updates to manager(s), ensuring that any and all updates are effective uses of both parties’ time and accomplish all needed communication goals
  • Able to act as the first line of defense for asks from account/client/analysts
  • Habitually respond to nascent needs and challenges by assuming accountability and developing a concrete plan of action to fully address the situation
  • Seek to solve problems inherent to digital marketing technology proactively and independently, with an aim to document potentially persistent pitfalls for the future use of others
