Junior Talent Partner

We’re looking for a Junior Talent Partner to join our fast-growing Las Vegas office during a thrilling period of expansion, reporting in to our Head of Talent Acquisition. You’ll play a key role in building our hiring process from the ground up. You’ll be at the heart of attracting top talent and shaping an incredible candidate experience. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn, innovate, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge tech startup. What you’ll be doing:

• Be part of something big – Help drive our recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create winning job descriptions that stand out
• Think outside the box – Use our sourcing tools and your own creativity to find the best talent in unexpected places
• Own the candidate experience – Assist in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, making sure every candidate feels valued and excited about the opportunity to join us
• Collaborate and grow – Partner with the other members of our people team to implement the cultural strategy in Las Vegas
• Be a key player in our growth – Your ideas and input will shape our hiring strategy as we scale quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

What we’re looking for:

• Some experience in recruitment (internships or entry-level roles count!) and a passion for learning the ins and outs of talent acquisition
• A creative, resourceful approach to sourcing talent and finding new ways to attract candidates
• Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail – you’ll be helping craft the future of our team!
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where things move fast
• Familiarity with an ATS (like Greenhouse) or a willingness to dive in and learn
