What You'll Do:
This role requires an individual who can handle a fast-paced recruiting environment in a remote office setting.  This individual will need to be able to balance competing tasks in addition to developing relationships with our various department heads.  This role will require someone with solid corporate related recruitment experience.
 

What you’ll likely work on:

  • Actively and passively recruit for Vault's corporate openings
  • Manage and handle face-paced, multi-round interview process including scheduling, coordinating interview feedback and handling all candidate communications throughout the on-boarding process. 
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites.
  • Provide a white glove service as candidates’ point of contact from sourcing to on-boarding.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies and internet sites.
  • Collaborate with our department heads on candidate quality reviews and advancement and obtaining feedback to help improve the candidates hiring and on-boarding process.
  • Assist the department and team with special projects as it relates to talent acquisition.

What You'll Need:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of two years in a high-volume recruiting role, preferably in-house.
  • Thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple competing priorities and ability to self-direct time and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are required.
  • Proficient in G:Suite and Microsoft Office and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse. 
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated to onboard stellar candidates.
