About the Opportunity: Vault Health is seeking a Copywriter to join our growing in-house Creative team. This person will play a critical role in developing the tone and voice of the brand, and expressing the key value propositions of our products across our website, paid advertising, organic social media accounts, email, and printed sales collateral. He/she will work cross-functionally with other members of the Marketing, Product and Sales teams, and work closely with the Brand Designer. The role reports to the Director of Creative Operations.
This person must be hard-working, passionate, innovative, organized and creative. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter — someone who is going to help define and grow our brand for years to come, have a natural love and passion for creative work, and be able to express our product features and brand mission through a range of omni channel assets.
Help develop the voice and tone of the Vault brand, for marketing materials across paid, owned and earned media channels
Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Product teams to create and enhance copy for the main website along with multiple landing pages for different products
Concept and create ads for new campaigns in partnership with the Brand Designer, in both video and static formats
Create and edit content that engages our customers and partners across our social media accounts, in partnership with our Senior Manager of Community & Brand
In partnership with the CRM team, concept marketing emails, choosing new layouts, ideas and content approaches which can be optimized based on response data
Write/edit various high impact projects for sales and promotional material as well as packaging
Passion for our brand mission and the impact we can make through powerful storytelling!
7+ years of relevant professional experience, either in-house or with creative agencies
Experience writing across both brand and performance touch points, for B2B & B2C audiences
Experience writing for email and other personalized customer communication channels
Experience writing for websites and landing pages
Experience writing for paid advertising, including but not limited to digital and social media
A strong interest in the products we develop and the audiences to whom we sell
High attention to detail and strong organization and time management skills
A commitment to high-quality work and positive relationships with team members
Experience in healthcare and/or technology industries is preferred but not required
