The Opportunity: Vault is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst who is responsible for developing processes and metrics to ensure accurate revenue capture and reimbursement. The analyst will partner with operations, revenue cycle, accounting and business intelligence to create scorecards, determine root causes, create ad-hoc reporting and implement improved workflows. Responsibilities:
Provide regular analysis and insights to revenue cycle trends that will impact financial performance (patient volumes, charge capture, billed encounters, payer issues)
Partner with third party revenue cycle agency to achieve maximum performance
Partner with accounting during revenue recognition to identity AR risks and reconciliation of charge capture
Educate the organization on opportunities to improve operational workflows
Work with business intelligence team members to create regular reporting and scorecards
Participate in meetings as revenue cycle management and process subject matter expert
Lead the development and maintenance of revenue cycle policy and procedures
Stay up to date with state and federal regulations.
Work quickly and independently to get the job done, proactively communicating progress and/or blockers with the Vault team
Provide additional support and expertise as projects develop
Are knowledgeable in Revenue cycle management practices and terminology
Are deeply experienced in excel, google sheets
Are a systematic thinker to resolve root causes
Are experienced in developing policy and procedures
Are comfortable making administrative and procedural decisions
Are a strong collaborator and proactive communicator
Are highly organized and can manage multiple priorities
Can communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university 5 years or more of related experience
Previous healthcare experience preferred, specifically within physician services
Revenue cycle management with emphasis on financial analysis and process improvement
