The Opportunity: Vault Health is seeking a Business Development Leaderto be responsible for leading the charge of developing Channels and partnerships to drive sales and growth as well as serving as a liaison for Product Development. This person will develop a pipeline and close relationship agreements for distribution and product solutions.
Identify distribution channels that could result in significant opportunities to sell Vault Health solutions
Identify and lead discussion with other point solutions on potential partnerships which could include mutual distribution, clinical or platform integrations, data sharing and other mutually beneficial offerings.
Evaluate the business and growth opportunities of all partnerships including potential channel conflicts as well as short- and long-term value of partnerships
Coordinate all agreements with potential partners.
Coordinate with Product management and sales teams the terms and expectations of the agreements
Manage partnership arrangements relationships.
Coordinate semiannual evaluation of each relationship secured and make recommendations on retain, enhance or eliminate.
5 - 7 years in Business development
Demonstrated deep understanding of the Health and Welfare Ecosystem
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Experience negotiating terms and conditions of partnership agreements
Self-motivated and self-directed
Creative problem solver
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into optimal outcomes
Experience in product / solution development
