We are looking for enthusiastic Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our Men’s Health care delivery team. (Men’s Health training provided.) This role allows you to set your own part-time hours, delivering a combination of in-home initial visits and virtual follow-ups. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans to address overall wellness, men’s health, and testosterone replacement.
Provide telemedicine and in-person care
Message patients as needed within the app
Prescribe medications and treatments through our platform
Communicate information to patients on their treatment pathway
Provide outstanding service and care to patients who are seeking testosterone replacement therapy through telemedicine visits.
Follow practice's protocols to assess, order tests and diagnose common men’s health issues and prescribe appropriately. Titrate medications based on the patient’s symptomatic complaints.
Maintain proper documentation in the patient’s medical record (don't worry, our EMR is provider-friendly)
Prescribe medications if clinical diagnosis necessitates a prescription.
Maintain annual continuing education requirements and stay current on the latest research and clinical guidelines.
Completion of Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) accredited program.
Active, unrestricted DEA in the state of practice. Multiple advanced practice state licenses highly preferred.
Knowledge of clinical standards of care.
Current unrestricted NP or PA state license, and current state driver’s license.
Access to reliable transportation to conduct patient visits required.
Clinical experience in Men’s Health.
Technological proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records.
Strong organizational skills.
Able to work independently within a system.
Able to adapt to change.
An interest in continued education, conferences, and skills development.
