The Legal Department of Vault Health, Inc. is currently hiring a Contracts Manager. This role will draft and manage negotiation process of vendor contracts and non-disclosure agreements, maintain contractual records for the Legal Department, ensure timely contract close-out, extension/renewal and modifications, and assist with all aspects of government contract audits including pre-audit preparation of requested documents.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ Years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent tasks/assignments simultaneously: attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy
