The Opportunity:

Vault Health is seeking a Brand Designer to join our growing in-house Creative team. This person will play a critical role in developing the look of the brand across our website, paid advertising, organic social media accounts, email, and printed materials. He/she will work cross-functionally with other members of the Marketing team, and work closely with the Director of Creative Operations and CMO to prioritize, design and execute work across multiple channels and audiences.

About You:

This person must be hard-working, passionate, innovative, organized and creative. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter — someone who is going to help define and grow our brand for years to come, have a natural love and passion for creative work, and be able to express our product features and brand mission through a range of omni channel assets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help develop the graphic look and feel, as well as style guidelines, for Vault marketing materials across paid, owned and earned media channels
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Product teams to create and enhance design assets for the main website along with multiple landing pages
  • Concept and create ads for new campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team, keeping the look and feel of the brand engaging and consistent execution in both video and static formats.
  • Create, generate, and edit content (images, illustrations, gifs) that engage our customers and partners across our social media accounts 
  • In partnership with the CRM team, concept, wireframe, and design marketing emails, keeping the look & feel fresh by choosing new layouts, content ideas, color palettes, and typography
  • Design various high impact projects for sales and promotional material as well as packaging

What You’ll Bring:

  • Passion for our brand mission and the impact we can make through powerful design!
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, either in-house or with creative/design agencies
  • A keen eye for detail in typography, imagery and consistency throughout branding touchpoints
  • An understanding and passion for both static and animated/video content and storytelling
  • A strong understanding of multimedia content, social media platforms and graphic layout/design
  • HIgh attention to detail and strong organization and time management skills
  • High proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to create GIF and MP4 animations
  • A commitment to high-quality work and positive relationships with team members
  • A diverse portfolio that exhibits excellent use of typography, color, imagery, video and graphics
