As an Implementation Manager at Vanta, you will ensure that our customers are set up for success during one of the most critical times of the customer journey - onboarding.

Vanta’s success over the last year was exponential(check out our Series B announcement) and we are now working to solve the problem of how to provide world-class customer experience to as many security-minded software companies as possible. You’ll add value day in and day out by managing our rapidly growing customer base during the most critical time in their Vanta journey - onboarding. Additionally, you’llhave an integral impact on building out the processes and workflows at one of Vanta’s newest sections within the Customer Experience organization.
What you’ll do as a Implementation Manager at Vanta:
Run customers through our implementation program to ensure that they are utilizing the Vanta platform to it’s fullest
Ensure that our customers are setup for success in terms of getting them activated on the Vanta platform
Support our Customer Success Managers during implementation and assist customers in achieving their business goals within their timeframe
Become a product expert on Vanta and how our platform can be used to improve security posture through our 6 standard offerings(SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA and GDPR)
Provide insightful technical answers and recommend the most efficient way for customers to achieve compliance using our platform
Utilize key data points and reports in Salesforce to proactively identify customers who may need more assistance
Conduct check-in calls with customers in order to unblock and guide them through our platform
How to be successful in this role:
Have 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, CS Operations or Support at a SaaS company
Have 1.5-2 years of onboarding or implementation experience at a high-growth SaaS company
Have experience working in the cybersecurity or compliance industry
Be able to work PT hours
Be interested in building out a team from the ground up
Possess clear and thoughtful communication skills, with strong critical thinking ability
Be comfortable with talking through technical concepts with a technical audience
Have a keen ability to multitask
Have an outstanding work ethic and know when/how to ask for help when you need it

We started Vanta in 2016 as Equifax had lost every American's social security number, Home Depot had leaked its customers' credit card numbers to hackers, and Facebook admitted that it irresponsibly sent user data to third parties who tried to influence the US election.
