We’re looking for a passionate Vice President of Operations & Finance to drive execution across the business, including ensuring that budget targets are met and that operations are being executed in an efficient and profitable manner. 

The VP must be systems savvy, and highly skilled in financial acumen, data analysis, and driving metrics. The VP will be expected to improve operating margin through collaboration with team members and executive leadership, while ensuring tools and support are in place to meet objectives in the near and long-term. They must possess the ability to handle multiple priorities, and address present concerns while keeping an eye on future opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Provide operational oversight, including financial planning, company asset management/utilization, and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure overall profitability of the company
  • Direct the development and implementation of operating goals, plans and performance in accordance with the overall company business plan
  • Drive effective business management processes around operations, i, financial planning and oversight, management reporting, and risk management
  • Provide forward-thinking financial insights and analyses for strategic initiatives, investments, opportunities, partnerships, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
  • Continuously evaluate and assess company processes and initiatives with an eye towards efficiency and profitability, raising awareness of opportunities for improvement and partnering with other leaders to devise solutions

About You :

  • 10+ years of experience in finance and operations with 8+ years of leading teams for a recurring revenue SaaS business
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility toward change, and creative "can do" approach
  • Someone who sweats the details, with impeccable organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and data to various audiences
  • Ability to switch between strategic and tactical thinking seamlessly
  • Tech-savvy; proficiency with various financial systems and productivity tools
  • Experience with SalesForce.com, QuickBooks Online, and Bill.com (or similar billing software)
