Description: 

  • Serve as a visionary bringing experience developing new services and best practices while leading a successful EHR Training practice, including selling and delivering industry-leading services in alignment with evolving market needs 
  • Be an exceptional leader and inspiring coach to further Pivot Point’s ability to be a leader EHR Training and broader EHR Solutions 
  • Drive outcomes and manage significant growth in annual net new revenue through sales enablement and delivery management 
  • Serve as a member of the Pivot Point Consulting leadership team. Craft EHR Training strategy in alignment with overall business strategy and other practice’s strategies for optimal value to the business and the market 
  • Demonstrate exceptional EQ, an optimistic, inspiring leadership style, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience communicating effectively with other executives 
  • Responsible for creating, developing and maintaining EHR Training service tools, including course curricula and associated training materials 
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Epic enterprise application(s) suite 
  • Execute business operation production tasks necessary for successful business operations 
  • Understand user requirements 
  • Create and run analytical reports as needed – using tools such as Reporting Workbench – to measure key metrics and user adoption

Role and Responsibilities:  

  • Build and lead an EHR Training consulting practice for Pivot Point, with multiple services that anticipate evolving needs of Provider, Payer, and Life Sciences markets 
  • Mature, sell and oversee delivery of services to foster integration of technology into all business areas to fundamentally change how a health system or payer operates 
  • Develop practice, marketing, and business development plans and to drive outcomes 
  • Direct all practice management, service growth, productization, methodologies/assets, engagement management and project Q/A 
  • Drive strategic decision-making across all firm business lines to support practice and firm growth targets 
  • Manage an early-stage consulting practice P&L and grow business capabilities and verticals 

 

Supervision Responsibilities: Will manage consultants in delivery engagements initially, with the goal of building a team of EHR Training consultants to manage and leverage in sales and delivery components.

Education/Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree in related field preferred 
  • 6-10 years of Epic user training and design experience 
  • 3-5 years experience with health technology and consulting 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Active Epic certification(s) in EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing or other pertinent experience
