Description:

The Vice President of Solutions Marketing will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner in shaping the organization's cohesive marketing strategy, aligning the five delivery brands and integrating the three core service offerings of the Enterprise (consulting, talent solutions, managed services). This role will drive a comprehensive 360-degree strategy to boost brand awareness through tailored marketing activities, strategic campaigns, events, and other interconnected initiatives. Additionally, the VP of Solutions Marketing will excel as a mentor and coach, exemplifying exceptional leadership skills. Possessing impeccable executive presentation skills, the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and contributors across the organization, and a strong degree of emotional intelligence, the VP of Solutions Marketing will foster strategy and cohesion across the Enterprise and the collective of brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team that develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Works closely with senior leadership across five distinct brands to understand business priorities and ensure marketing plans support these priorities and drive business/revenue growth.
  • Partners with marketers across the team to lead and influence strategy across digital, content, and design.
  • Monitors market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business/revenue growth and adjusts strategies accordingly.
  • Manages marketing budget for consulting and talent solutions marketing initiatives.
  • Reports on areas of opportunity and areas to invest.
  • Establishes clear revenue targets and key performance indicators to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs tied to revenue generation efforts.
  • Identifies and develops strategic partnerships and alliances that can help drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, human resources, finance, information technology, legal, and others, to ensure awareness and alignment of marketing initiatives to impacted functional areas.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience required, including experience in a senior level marketing role.
  • Executive level marketing experience preferred.

 

Location: In office.

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

 

Travel Requirements:   

25% travel (e.g. 25% travel to differing locations, 75% of the time working from an office)
