We’re looking for a product-focused Agile Delivery Manager/Coach to join our ustwo team in Malmö on a fixed term basis. The contract would be for six months initially, with the possibility to extend to one year. You would be working on the ongoing product feature development and maintenance of a well-known European automotive brand’s mobile app.
We’re a small and supportive community of Agile Delivery Coaches, and we’re looking for a versatile and passionate delivery person, experienced with supporting the full product lifecycle from early stage opportunity/product discovery through to live product optimisation.
You'll support the teams in the use of good Agile mindsets grounded in Agile principles. In other words, you’ll be the guardian and champion of using Agile ways of working and thinking. You'll support teams to create great team dynamics, foster an atmosphere of collaboration, and to overcome conflicts that may arise. You will use your project management skills to handle team logistics, track and report project budgets, manage risks, manage senior stakeholder expectations and generally keep on top of things to keep the project moving along smoothly. Lastly, ideally you’ll have experience working in an agency, understanding the dynamics at play being a client service business, while empathising with clients and the commercial contexts they operate under.
So, if you’re comfortable supporting and organising build teams of around 10 people, have a deep understanding of Agile approaches, delight in building cohesive and well-functioning teams, and want to be part of a collaborative and dynamic culture that puts people in the centre, then this is probably the gig for you.

We have a wonderful studio in central Malmö, Sweden, which is very close to the station Triangeln. We have two mandatory universal studio days a week, but the majority of Malmö ustwobies work from the studio 3-4 times a week. We would expect that you would live in a commutable distance to the studio, and if you are based in Copenhagen then we also offer a competitive commuter bonus in addition to your salary, to account for the difference in living costs.
