The opportunity

We are excited to welcome a Working Student to our Sales Operations team. If you are motivated and ready to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing operations, this role is perfect for you.

Your responsibilities

You support in maintaining and managing the CRM system and sales tools
You help to ensure our CRM and sales tools are always up-to-date and operational
You ensure our customer database is always current
You generate regular reports and analyses to gain valuable insights from our data
You identify and generate potential customer contacts to support our sales team
You assist in the preparation and implementation of planned marketing campaigns
You collaborate with various sales tools and help automate our CRM processes

What you need to succeed

You are enrolled as a student at a university with at least 2 semesters remaining in your studies
You have initial practical experience in similar areas and are interested in a long-term position
You have analytical skills and a good understanding of complex interrelationships
You enjoy working with numbers and data analysis
You are a team player and always show initiative
You are independent and meticulous in your daily work
You are proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
You have good command of spoken and written English; German skills are desirable
