Compass seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join the Enhanced Marketing Services team that elevates agents’ marketing and brand recognition, from conceptualization and development through implementation and tracking. At Compass, our agents are our brand and vice versa. When their marketing excels then our company does. This team provides vital account services and strategy to agents to ensure their marketing is executed consistently, professionally, and impactfully.

You will work with the industries’ best in-house marketing tools and collaborate with talented teammates who draw on experiences from many different industries. You will work with key external vendors to execute a wide variety of marketing initiatives and help ensure cohesion between the Compass brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables of our agents’ brands.

At Compass You Will:

  • You will dedicate 20 hours per week working with a leading real estate team in San Francisco. Support will encompass administrative and marketing tasks for their listings and brand.
  • Provide outstanding client service to make agent marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective
  • Work directly with agents to assist with a variety of brand and listing-related marketing tactics 
    • Includes producing social media assets, captions, and hashtags; creating and executing on direct mail pieces, customizing and deploying marketing emails, and running effective digital ads.
  • Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across both agent and team communications and processes
  • Working within the Compass platform to design and deliver all associated agent marketing materials (design, photography, copywriting, video, email, social media and content development)
  • Be aware of current real estate market trends, industry forecasts and new product information to better tailor agents’ marketing 
  • Work with the marketing team to drive adoption and usage of product tools through internal marketing and communications
  • Track and measure analytics and established success metrics for the EMS team and build reports that provide data and insights into the decision making of all marketing efforts

Experience We Are Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of Marketing experience
  • Experience working in real estate marketing is strongly preferred, and/or at a luxury brand a big plus
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership over projects
  • Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in social media/online marketing platforms; specifically Loomly is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop preferred
  • Skilled communicator, especially written, with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organize
  • Experience working in a client or account service environment a big plus
  • Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google and Microsoft (Ex. Keynote, Docs & Excel)

The salary pay range for this position is $28.00 to $31.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
