  • Conduct analysis’ that help define the strategy to create a best in class customer experience by increasing satisfaction and loyalty

  • Build / own program of customer feedback through surveys, gathering feedback, generating reporting, and deliver key customer insights

  • Build close partnership with BI team to understand our data and build out reporting that supports all teams in their understanding of key metrics / moments that matter

  • Map the Customer Journey, identifying the moments that matter

  • Be a key contributor to identifying metrics that matter and establishing mechanisms to track changes in customer experience across Customer Journeys

  • Dive deep into data to identify areas for operational or product improvements that move the needle in delivering a best in class gifting experience

  • Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Supply Chain, and Operational teams to understand data and implement initiatives to better the Customer Experience


  • 3-5 years of relevant work in strategy and operations role, backgrounds include Analyst roles at a high growth company, top-performing management consultants, startup Jack/Jill-of-all-Trades, and strategic operations-management professionals

  • Advanced skills with Excel

  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools (such as Tableau a plus but not necessary)

  • Ability to effectively structure and communicate complex problems and ideas into easily digestible frameworks (excellent verbal and written communication skills)

  • A “go-getter” with strong record of rolling up sleeves and tactical execution
