UrbanStems is seeking a Paid Media Associate to join the Marketing Team in either the New York or Washington, DC office. The Paid Media Associate will contribute to a full range of marketing channels including Paid Search, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, and traditional media channels. This position will also work in collaboration with UrbanStems’ brand and merchandising team to increase customer acquisition, top line revenue, and customer retention.
Responsibilities & Scope:
Monitor, report, optimize all paid media marketing channels
Build relationships with Affiliate marketing partners to secure brand placements across partner sites
Work directly with our branding and creative teams to create and launch creative assets across paid channels
Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting across all key channels
Develop media plans on a quarterly basis based on revenue targets
Implement SEO content improvements through our in house CMS
Forecast channel performance monthly and for major holidays based on historical data
Analysis channel and ad creative performance
Perform ad hoc reporting requests to better understand our paid media channels and the impact on revenue.
What We Are Looking For:
2-4 years professional experience in digital marketing and paid media
Experience with some of the following channels:
Paid Search (Google/Bing)
Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter)
