Responsibilities:

  • Maintain international office infrastructure
  • Repair and image employee laptops 
  • Train new hires on the finer points of IT services
  • Provision and support VOIP telephony and telepresence equipment 
  • Support wired and wireless networks, and our VPNs 
  • Document and expand our knowledge base and best practices across all things IT
  • Suppport our asset management and procurement processes
  • Support both OS X and Windows users
  • Focus on improving our IT solutions and processes

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience solving problems and making improvements in a computer-based environment 
  • Excellent communicator, a trusted liaison to internal and external customers
  • Comfortable working and prioritizing under pressure with multiple tasks 
  • Detective-like ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues 
  • Demonstrate a positive, optimistic approach to problem-solving
  • Passionate about technology and making it easier for others

Preferred:

  • Degree in Computer Science or STEM area of study 
  • Experience in advanced technical project work
  • Programming/Scripting experience - automating manual tasks brings a smile to your face!
  • Knowledge of identity management/authentication systems
